Work duties trained in - checkouts, cash handling, produce dept, provisions dept, beers, wines and spirits (BWS).
Aisle manager, BWS. Duties included ordering stock, keeping shelves stocked, and security. Supervised other staff and involved in training new stores’ personnel.
Later aisle manager, Frozen Food dept. Duties included ordering stock, filling fridges, etc., stock management rotation, freezer maintenance and cleaning.
“Overs” controller for Grocery dept. Duties included sorting out high stocks, investigating reasons for any excess stock and correcting cause, racking stock away, and picking stock required to go on display for sale.

First Aider at J Sainsbury plc. Regularly dealt with First Aid incidents at work, both staff and customers. Duties included treating casualties, filling in report book, transporting casualties to hospital or escorting them in Ambulance, giving First Aid advice, and replenishing first aid boxes.
